Yin represents feminine energy associated with the concept of inner freedom. It is the art of recognizing and finding harmony within oneself.
The path to inner freedom for women is often associated with fears, doubts, limits and restrictions. Societal stereotypes and norms can hinder the process of self-discovery and self-realization. A woman may feel limited, unable to reach her full potential and forced to wear masks because of external and internal barriers.
By overcoming obstacles, a woman discovers the true essence of Yin - the source of infinite inner strength.
